Senior Manager, Market / Entity Financial Controllers (APAC)

About the role

You will lead financial control and reporting for markets and entities across Asia Pacific from India. You will partner with market finance teams, shared service centres, IT and regional stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely and controlled financial outcomes. What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end financial control and month-end close for assigned APAC markets and legal entities to ensure accurate and timely results
• Manage relationships with shared service centres, vendors and local finance teams to resolve issues and improve service and delivery
• Monitor service performance using agreed metrics and lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls; support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals by setting clear expectations and supporting career growth
