Senior Manager - Marketing

About the role

You will drive brand strategy and business growth by building a strong, consumer first brand in a digitally led environment. This role requires a sharp understanding of consumer behavior, strong digital marketing capabilities, and close collaboration with sales team to accelerate both brand visibility, discoverability and sales.

What you'll do

• Lead digital first brand building and marketing across platforms, including performance, content, and influencer marketing
• Develop brand strategy grounded in consumer insights, identifying unmet needs and driving category growth
• Translate strategy into strong go to market plans, campaigns, and creative execution
• Partner closely with sales, especially Q commerce, to drive business growth and win on digital shelves
• Track performance and optimise campaigns using data, focusing on key digital KPIs and ROI
