Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

About the role

You'll design the architecture, lead a team of specialists, and make sure the data flowing into our campaigns, segments, and ABM programs is accurate, enriched, and ready to act on.

What you'll do

• Own data enrichment end-to-end: tool selection, provider management, AI-assisted workflows
• Engineer multi-source enrichment pipelines through Snowflake and Databricks into CDP activation layers
• Design and enforce governance standards across field ownership, enrichment source hierarchy, freshness SLAs, and tagging conventions
• Own identity resolution logic, including merge rules, deduplication standards, and record governance
• Lead structured experimentation across enrichment sources, segmentation logic, and trigger criteria to improve downstream conversion
