What you'll do

• Own the mechanical design direction for the robot portfolio and peripheral structures across the full product range, from POC through production and sustaining phases
• Set and drive the mechanical technology roadmap: architecture direction, platforming, modularity, and cross-program reuse
• Personally lead the hardest technical problems, exercising strong engineering judgment on design methods, materials, and validation
• Guide aggregate calculations, component and material selection, CAD models, drawings, tolerance stack-up, and structural and multibody dynamics analysis across the team
• Own the engineering specification, development timeline, validation, and release of major components, modules, and assemblies across programs

What you need
