Senior Manager, MP

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager (Operations) who can lead the State programs in Madhya Pradesh. The Senior Manager will be a part of the core team, will work closely with government partners and with Udhyam’s internal teams to maximise the reach and impact of the program.

What you'll do

• Define program goals and implementation strategy, and prepare and execute the project plan
• Define the ownership areas of team members and stakeholders, and regularly review progress and strategy
• Build robust relationships with key stakeholders, from SCERT and the Department of Education to senior members of the bureaucracy such as the Principal Secretary
• Establish clear expectations and proactively manage stakeholders to engage towards maximum program impact
• Bring a strong ‘field cum data’ mindset: use technology and data dashboards to monitor program delivery across the state

What you need

• 12–22 yrs of experience
• Communication
• Any graduate
