About the role

Planning and organizing nursing services in consultation with the Chief Nursing Officer. Implementing hospital policies and maintaining discipline among nursing staff. Delivering and evaluating patient care and monitoring clinical and resource management issues. Enforcing nurse training and ensuring appropriate nursing standards are set and attained.
