Senior Manager- O&M Site Head

About the role

Oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of protection systems at the site level, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and operational requirements. Monitor system performance to ensure optimal functionality and provide immediate technical support when required. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery, installation, and quality assurance of protection equipment.

What you'll do

• Oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of protection systems at the site level
• Monitor system performance to ensure optimal functionality and provide immediate technical support when required
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery, installation, and quality assurance of protection equipment
• Lead the on-ground team to promptly identify, analyze, and resolve faults or failures in protection systems to ensure minimal downtime
• Implement root cause analysis techniques and provide insights to the Lead - Protection for system improvements and upgrades

What you need
