• As a Performance and Rewards Lead, you will advise and lead the design, implementation, and governance of total rewards strategies
• Deliver data-driven solutions that align compensation frameworks with the business strategy, drive employee performance
• Develop and execute compensation strategies, including the design and implementation of base salary structures, short-term and long-term incentive plans
• Develop and advise on competitive pay ranges and strategic pay positioning aligned with market benchmarks and business objectives to optimize talent attraction
• Manage the performance management process, ensuring consistent evaluation standards, alignment with compensation decisions
