About the role

PwC’s Indirect Tax Practice provides comprehensive advice and assistance on Customs duties, CENVAT (Central Excise), Service Tax, VAT (including works contract taxes and lease taxes), Foreign Trade Policy, Free Trade Agreements and Cross border supply chains and anti dumping duties. Advice on classification, valuation, applicability of taxes on transactions and admissibility to tax benefits/exemptions

What you'll do

• Advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing indirect taxes, dispute resolution
• Support our clients with all aspects of indirect taxation related to global
• Providing innovative but rigorous tax planning ideas
• Conducting detailed indirect tax due diligence reviews (buy side / sell side)
• Drafting replies to notices and Drafting appeals and submissions

What you need

• 6–8 yrs of experience
• GST
• Indirect tax
• Direct tax
• Transfer pricing
• MIS reporting
• Excel
• Chartered Accountant or LLB or Company Secretary
