About the role

The Senior Manager, Procurement & Supply Chain Operations - India serves as the senior leader responsible for the strategic leadership, operational oversight, and capability development of KBR's Procurement and Supply Chain organization in India.

What you'll do

• Lead, develop, and optimize a sizable team of procurement, subcontracts, materials management, and supply chain professionals
• Provide strategic direction, oversight, coaching, and mentoring to procurement, subcontracts, materials management, and supply chain personnel
• Develop workforce strategies, succession plans, and organizational structures that support business growth and operational requirements
• Drive capability development initiatives, including training programs, knowledge transfer, professional certification, and career progression plans
• Establish a culture of continuous learning, accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence
