Senior Manager - Product Development

About the role

Manage engagement with Bank TPP teams and oversee proposition development across all LOBs. Curate and launch new products/propositions; ensuretimelyGo ? Live readiness and execution. Coordinate pricing with Actuarial & Underwriting to meet MCOR/COA targets. Drive portfolio steering through ATS enhancement, pricing corrections, and feature additions.

What you'll do

• Manage engagement with Bank TPP teams and oversee proposition development across all LOBs
• Coordinate pricing with Actuarial & Underwriting to meet MCOR/COA targets
• Drive portfolio steering through ATS enhancement, pricing corrections, and feature additions
• Lead system development governance with Internal & Bank IT teams for proposition rollout
• Support marketing with product inputs and conduct TTT sessions for Sales & Bank teams

What you need

• 2–4 yrs of experience
• Actuarial
• Underwriting
• Any graduate
