Senior Manager - Product Innovation

About the role

The Deputy General Manager - Product Innovation will lead product-related activities across projects at various lifecycle stages: pre-launch, launch, and sustenance. This role involves assisting the Product Head and senior management in making strategic product decisions to position as the most customer-centric real estate brand with innovative and differentiated offerings.

What you'll do

• Define and recommend the right product mix for upcoming projects
• Develop USPs for each project by identifying consumer needs and market trends
• Research and recommend innovative features addressing customer pain points and aspirations
• Conduct competition benchmarking and consumer research in collaboration with HO teams
• Provide critical inputs for land acquisition based on desirability, sales velocities, and pricing

What you need

• 10–12 yrs of experience
