About the role
Are you interested in joining the LEGO® India Market business, and working closely with a dedicated team to build the LEGO® Brand by bringing best in class commercial acumen and tools and processes to the organisation.
What you'll do
- Customer & Channel Strategy
- Partner closely with Sales and Key Account teams to develop Joint Business Plans and strategic customer growth agendas
- Build & Drive the Commercial calendar for the BU in line with the Integrated Commercial PLAN (ICP)
- Identify new channels, opportunities and ways of working that can unlock incremental growth
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to translate consumer and channel insights into portfolio, assortment and channel decisions
