About the role

The Regional Manager is responsible for leading and growing the business across the region by developing and executing regional sales strategies, strengthening distributor engagement, expanding market penetration, and driving sustainable revenue growth. The role provides leadership to multiple sales managers and teams, translating national business objectives into region-specific plans and ensuring execution excellence.

• Drive topline growth, market penetration, distributor productivity, and regional business performance
• Identify emerging opportunities, new markets, growth segments, and business development initiatives within the region

• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on market intelligence and business insights
