Senior Manager – Regulatory Compliance

About the role

The ideal candidate will be someone with deep expertise in the Payments ecosystem, specifically regarding Payment Aggregators (PA). You will play a critical role in interoreting complex regulations and ensuring our business flows remain complaint with RBI and NPCI mandates.

What you'll do

• Monitor, interpret, and analyse circulars, notifications, and guidelines issued by RBI and NPCI, and provide actionable impact assessments to business and product teams
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for product teams, ensuring that new products and process flows are designed in compliance with regulatory requirements and…
• Ensure end-to-end compliance with the Master Directions applicable to Payment Aggregators, Cross-Border transactions, and PPIs
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to drive compliance initiatives and represent the function in regulatory discussions
• Oversee regulatory reporting obligations and manage internal and external compliance audits

What you need

• 6–11 yrs of experience
