About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Manager to lead the delivery of data, analytics, and operational resilience across Colleague Services and Operations Risk & Resilience domains. This role sits at the intersection of business leadership, data engineering, and operational excellence, responsible for enabling senior stakeholders with trusted insights, building robust ELT pipelines into CDC, and shaping a high-performing team.

What you'll do

• Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (Director/MD/COO level) across Colleague Services and Operations functions
• Translate complex business challenges into clear data, reporting, and resilience strategies
• Lead governance forums, drive decision-making, and influence operating models
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships (Data Engineering, Product, Operations, Risk)
