About the role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Finance Manager to lead our client-dedicated finance team in Gurugram. This role combines strategic financial analysis with team leadership, encompassing comprehensive P&L and balance sheet analysis, budget development and forecasting, and revenue trend identification.

What you'll do

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Develop comprehensive annual budgets and rolling forecasts in collaboration with operation leads
• Create sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic business planning and scope change management
• Monitor and analyze revenue trends, cost structures, and contribution margins to identify optimization opportunities
• Monthly & Annual Reporting
