About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager, Research Analysis to lead a team supporting global Primary Market Research (PMR) and Healthcare Research operations.

What you'll do

  • Responsible for managing end-to-end operational delivery, driving process excellence, leading a team of research professionals, Programming team
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of research analysts and project specialists
  • Drive performance management, career development, and succession planning
  • Lead the design and execution of global qualitative and quantitative market research studies
  • Oversee questionnaire design, discussion guide development, survey programming, fieldwork, and data quality assurance
