Senior Manager - Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Sales to lead and drive our international telesales function from Chennai. This role is responsible for delivering sales growth by leading a high-performing sales team focused on acquiring new business across international markets. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and results-oriented sales leader with extensive experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2B sales.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition across international markets
• Monitor sales performance, analyze key business metrics, and implement action plans to improve productivity and conversions
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and sales training to enhance individual and team capability
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and customer success
