Solution Sales Leader – Poly, Workstations & Print The Solution Sales Leader is responsible for driving revenue growth through consultative, solution-led selling across enterprise accounts. The role focuses on understanding customer business challenges, designing integrated solutions, and closing large, complex deals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Own and drive end-to-end solution sales across assigned strategic and enterprise accounts
• Build and manage senior-level client relationships, including CXOs and decision makers
• Lead discovery discussions to understand customer needs and position tailored solutions
• Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, product, and alliance teams to design and present solutions
• Manage the full sales lifecycle including pipeline creation, forecasting, pricing, negotiations, and closures
