Senior Manager, Sales Operations

About the role

The Senior Manager, Sales Operations will lead the Mumbai-based Sales Operations / GTM Operations team and serve as a key operational partner to Sales, Technology, Data Governance, Marketing, and business stakeholders. This role is responsible for driving sales process discipline, CRM effectiveness, platform adoption, data quality, reporting, operational governance, and process improvement across Russell Investments’ GTM ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the Mumbai Sales Operations team
• Establish team priorities, workload management, and delivery standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across sales operations processes, GTM technology stack, reporting, and data management
• Support strategic planning and execution of Sales Operations priorities in partnership with global stakeholders
• Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across the GTM operating model
