Senior Manager - Service Delivery

You will lead service delivery for key finance processes across our India operations. You will work with shared service partners, market finance teams, IT and regional stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely and controlled outcomes. What you'll do

• Lead service delivery for key finance processes across our India operations
• Work with shared service partners, market finance teams, IT and regional stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely and controlled outcomes
• Lead end-to-end service delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring quality, timeliness and compliance with controls
• Manage relationships with shared services, vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes
• Monitor service performance using agreed metrics and drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities

• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Com or BBA or Chartered Accountant
