Proficient in preparing Day-to-Day report, Week end report, month end report, coding profile Report, Daily quality report, and monthly quality report. Production planning monthly, weekly and daily queue management, movement of resource on need basis. Guide Operations on functional aspects of coding and endeavor to improve coding standards in the team and Manage high Customer Satisfaction Level

What you'll do

• Ensure adherence to external and internal quality and security standards (HIPPA / HITECH /ISO)
• Manage the delivery of services and P&L
• Guide Operations on functional aspects of coding and endeavor to improve coding standards in the team and Manage high Customer Satisfaction Level
• Taking actions based on feedback from Clients satisfaction survey
• Reviewing the Trend on weekly basis and analyzing the reasons if there is any deviation
