Senior Manager - Service Delivery

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Service Delivery Manager- Management Accounts Reporting to the Senior Manager this full-time and permanent position is based in Indore , India] and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our management accounts department and its’ growth.

What you'll do

• Ensuring all deliverable are accurately completed on time as per the agreed SLA with client
• Manage assigned client portfolio, actively motivate, counsel and support teams for goal congruence
• Provide volume related matrix, alongside staff utilization and forecasted changes to the senior management to ensure correct resourcing level are in place
• Seek guidance from Sr. management in case of sensitive issues (out of control of self-influence)
• Work as Subject Matter Expert and develop knowledge on cross functional subject (VAT, Payroll tax, Corp. Tax)

What you need

• 6–10 yrs of experience
• IFRS
• Communication
• Chartered Accountant
