About the role

This role is responsible for driving growth in Commercial Lines (SME), managing advisor relationships, activating dormant advisors, and onboarding new partners. The position demands strong leadership to guide a team toward achieving allocated targets while ensuring compliance and delivering superior service to corporate clients.

What you'll do

• Responsible for driving growth in Commercial Lines (SME), managing advisor relationships, activating dormant advisors, and onboarding new partners
• Drive SME (Commercial Lines) business across assigned geography. Deliverance of assigned topline budget for geography
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing advisor base
• Guide and supervise the team for target achievement. Hire, train, and mentor team members; provide handholding support
• Manage new business acquisition and renewal retention
