What you'll do

• Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team responsible for the design, development, modernization, and support of enterprise applications and platforms
• Drive technical strategy, architecture decisions, and delivery execution aligned with organizational objectives and technology roadmaps
• Partner with Product Management, Architecture, SRE, Security, and Business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and resilient technology…
• Provide leadership across software development lifecycle activities including solution design, development, testing, deployment, operational readiness
• Champion cloud-native architecture, DevSecOps practices, automation, observability, and operational excellence initiatives
