About the role

To grow the syndication practice healthily through partially lending and balance syndications with banks (PSU banks, private banks, foreign banks, offshore banks, NBCFs, etc) Maintain and acquire new relationships with various banks (PSU banks, private banks, foreign banks, offshore banks, NBCFs, etc)

What you'll do

• Maintain and acquire new relationships with various banks (PSU banks, private banks, foreign banks, offshore banks, NBCFs, etc)
• Maintain relationships with other loan syndication desks to remain updated with loan syndication market information
• Providing active inputs during client negotiations to make the proposal saleable during the syndication process
• Ensure correct structuring of the proposal to ensure innovative solutions to the client and at the same time build credit worthiness of the proposal and legal correctness
