What you'll do

• Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders and People & Culture partners, translating business priorities into integrated talent and growth strategies
• Lead end-to-end diagnosis, design, and delivery of talent and growth solutions, ensuring alignment to business objectives and long-term capability needs
• Partner across T&G to deliver holistic, enterprise-aligned solutions spanning organization effectiveness, leadership, talent, learning, and inclusion
• Leverage data, insights, and external benchmarking to inform decisions, shape interventions, and define success measures
• Interventions, and elevate impact
