Senior Manager - Taxation

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance team as Manager – Taxation & Finance. The role is responsible for managing the Company's direct and indirect tax compliance, tax accounting, regulatory reporting, audits, and litigation while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive finance transformation and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance
• Ensure timely deduction, deposit, and reporting of TDS, TCS, and other applicable taxes
• Review tax implications of new products, business initiatives, contracts, and transactions
• Coordinate with tax consultants, statutory auditors, and regulatory authorities
• Support tax assessments, audits, notices, and litigation by preparing responses and maintaining documentation
