At scale, the quality of professional development is often compromised by systemic challenges—such as cascade loss, one-size-fits-all approaches, weak feedback loops, and complex classroom realities.

What you'll do

• Strategic Ecosystem Partnerships: Collaborate with peer organizations and ecosystem partners in the education domain
• Program Management & Collaboration
• Building teacher capacity within large-scale government education systems to facilitate student agency is deeply challenging
• Own the Teacher Professional Development (TPD) vertical

What you need

• 10–15 yrs of experience
• Learning and development
• Teaching
• Any graduate
