About the role

It requires teachers to reexamine their current ways of teaching and gradually build confidence in a completely new domain. Therefore, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Manager for the teacher training and development vertical within the curriculum and pedagogy team, who can not only reimagine teacher development but also bring a sharp, diagnostic lens to the work.

What you'll do

Articulate the objectives and extend the existing model of teacher learning
Research best practices in continuous teacher professional development, cascade loss, mindset change, coaching & other relevant areas
Gather participant feedback and improvise the content
Partner with other organizations in the domain
Adapt to tech-based training solutions
