About the role

Senior Manager Trade Commercial controlling and monitoring of budgets, Monthly GTN & AnP Accruals, manage Trade Promotion Management (TPM) Tool, ROI assessment basis TPM MIS, GTN & Trade AnP execution and monitoring, Regular MIS to facilitate analysis and decision making Manager Trade Promotion Management Tool: Conduct pre and post evaluation of consumer promotions/various schemes considering ROI assessment

What you'll do

• Review and standardize Terms of Trade and margins across channels/accounts and look for margin optimization opportunities year on year
• Review 3rd party HC cost and accruals managed by Trade (e.g. Merchandisers, Nutrition Advisors, ISR, etc)
• Review market returns (expired/non saleable) at brand/channel/geography level and put in place the plans to optimize market returns
• Review inventory aging, short expiry inventory, demand pattern at SKU/Channel level to minimize risk towards expiries and obsolescence
• Coordinate with CFS function for accounting, auditing and other relevant matters
