Senior Manager – Warehouse Development & Asset Management

About the role

To take end-to-end responsibility for the development and management of the company’s agricultural land parcel, including required approvals/conversion, warehouse construction, leasing and ongoing property management.

What you'll do

• Lead the process of land-use conversion, statutory approvals, NOCs and other permissions required for development of the property
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, legal advisors, contractors and government authorities throughout the project
• Oversee warehouse planning, construction and project execution, ensuring timelines, quality and budgets are maintained
• Coordinate the complete process of making the warehouse commercially ready for leasing/renting
• Develop and manage the leasing process, including market assessment, brokers, prospective tenants, negotiations and lease execution
