Senior Marketing Manager, Amazon Pay, External Merchants

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead merchant marketing across both Online and Offline channels, driving customer awareness, adoption, and transaction share for the full suite of Amazon Pay Products, including Amazon Pay Balance (APB), Amazon Pay Later (APL), Amazon Pay UPI, and Smart Wallet.

What you'll do

• Be STL for marketing funnel metrics (awareness to consideration to conversion)
• Create BTL, in-store, and digital activations that drive measurable incrementality in transaction share
• Design and execute co-marketing campaigns with top online merchants to drive wallet linking, cart share, and MAU growth
• Create and scale in-store marketing programs for offline merchants, including co-branding with retailers, cashier incentive programs, Scan-Pay-Win campaigns
• Own the rewards and offers strategy for merchant marketing, working with internal rewards teams to design sustainable
