Senior Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

This role combines email marketing, marketing automation, CRM/database management, and marketing analytics to ensure our campaigns are delivered efficiently, reach the right audiences, and generate measurable business results. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics and can translate marketing objectives into reliable segmentation, automated journeys, and actionable reporting.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain automated lifecycle journeys, including entry and exit criteria, behavioral triggers
• Perform quality assurance (QA) to ensure campaigns are error-free and delivered successfully
• Diagnose and improve email delivery, inbox placement and engagement. Monitor sender reputation, bounces, complaints and audience health
• Design and evaluate campaign A/B tests using clear hypotheses and success metrics, including downstream conversion
• Maintain and improve the marketing database through enrichment, validation, duplicate controls and documented data-quality checks
