Senior Materials Specialist

About the role

The Senior Materials Specialist uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external issues to improve the Material Management discipline within McDermott. They will act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and share their conceptual and practical expertise related to the Material Management discipline.

What you'll do

• Communicate effectively across the other functional teams
• Understand and comply with Unifi processes
• Lead others in material management activities, including receiving, locating, picking, issuing, packing, and forecasting
• Review and support the Material Management Plan, revise as needed
• Support and mentor others in the materials reporting, tracking, reconciliation process, and Surplus management

What you need

• 6–10 yrs of experience
