What you'll do

Participates in all Mechanical Engineering team meeting structures to properly support and improve the department
Collaborates with Mechanical Engineering Manager and other Senior Mechanical Engineers as required
System Engineering development such as supporting approval drawing processes, equipment interfaces, etc
Mentor Mechanical Engineers (I and II) to develop and foster consistent designs and good manufacturing practices
Coach, review, and delegate work within large projects
