About the role

The role involves troubleshooting issues, assisting customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical support.

What you'll do

• Support customers via chat, email, and phone to resolve technical issues
• Handle and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution. Troubleshoot cloud and product-related issues
• Meet SLA/SLO targets and maintain high customer satisfaction. Use cloud tools for debugging and root cause analysis
• Document issues and solutions for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with engineering and cloud teams for escalations and issue resolution
