About the role

The Senior Member of Technical Staff – Automation Engineer will design, build, and maintain end-to-end test automation covering UI, API, and backend layers, and will build custom AI agents and skills using Claude and Codex to solve testing problems such as automated test generation, failure triage, and self-healing test maintenance.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end test automation using Playwright with JavaScript and TypeScript to support business-critical workflows and platform capabilities
• Build and maintain scalable API automation suites (REST/GraphQL) and backend automation that integrate with internal platforms and dependent systems
• Design, build, and maintain custom AI agents and skills using Claude and Codex to solve testing problems such as automated test generation, test data creation
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate quality requirements into automated test coverage
• Create and enhance automated test suites and CI/CD test integrations that support high-volume transactional workflows
