Job Description – Senior MEP (HVAC, Compressed Air system, Fire Fighting & Sprinkler, Sewage) Planner Position: Senior Mechanical Design Engineer / Consultant (HVAC, Fire Fighting & Sprinkler) Role Summary Review mechanical design drawings and documents with a consultant-level approach, ensuring compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, standards, and engineering best practices.

What you'll do

Review HVAC, firefighting and sprinkler drawings (GA, layouts, schematics, sections, details)
Review equipment schedules, BOQs, specifications and design calculations
Provide consultant-quality comments on drawings and technical submittals
Verify compliance with NFPA, ASHRAE, SMACNA, local building codes and client standards
Review HVAC load calculations, duct sizing, pipe sizing, pump/head calculations and hydraulic calculations
