What you'll do

• Install, configure, administer, and support IBM MQ environments, including Queue Managers, Queues, Channels, Listeners, Clustering, and Security
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize MQ infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise messaging solutions
• Manage MQ upgrades, patching, capacity planning, security compliance, and disaster recovery initiatives
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation for deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and operational efficiency
• Provide L2/L3 support, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to resolve complex issues

What you need
