What you'll do

• Serve as the global technical authority for enterprise mobility solutions, including rugged handheld devices, RF scanners, tablets, smartphones, and tablets on forklifts
• Provide advanced troubleshooting, performance analysis, and root cause analysis for mobile hardware, RF devices, wireless connectivity, and enterprise mobility platforms
• Support global IT teams with a specific focus on international locations, ensuring consistent service delivery across multiple regions
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise mobile solutions aligned with business, security, and operational standards
• Lead the lifecycle management of enterprise mobile and RF devices, including procurement, provisioning, configuration, deployment, maintenance, refresh, repair
