Senior New Relic and Observability Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant/Architect with strong New Relic expertise to support its observability initiative. Several integration platforms currently send their interface repository and monitoring data to New Relic for centralized observability. You will lead the New Relic workstream, govern enhancements across the integration landscape, and guide stakeholders in adopting observability best practices.

What you'll do

• Lead the New Relic workstream and take an architectural leadership role across multiple stakeholders
• Drive and govern platform enhancements across the integration landscape
• Enable Distributed Tracing for end-to-end visibility of message flows, from source systems to target applications
• Standardize monitoring data and payload formats across integration platforms and tenants, so a common standard applies irrespective of platform or tenant
• Dashboards, Alerting & Monitoring

What you need

• 7–9 yrs of experience
