About the role

Work closely with relevant business stakeholders and participate in the planning process to develop Talent strategy and roadmap for the aligned Services; ensure alignment of the Talent strategy to Service priorities Represent the service perspective and contribute to devising the vision, roadmap, operating model and strategic Talent initiatives for the Services HR function

What you'll do

• Work closely with relevant business stakeholders and participate in the planning process to develop Talent strategy and roadmap for the aligned Services
• Work on initiatives related to identification of HiPos within the Service Function and ensure continued engagement for the same
• Identify Gaps in Succession and work towards establishment of a Leadership Succession Pipeline for the services by partnering with the respective service function heads…
• Partner with Learning and Development, curate and run specific learning initiatives targeted to cater to future needs of the organization in the Hi Tech and Emerging…
• Collaborate with the leadership team to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
