Senior Operation Manager

About the role

This job is responsible supporting quantitative analytics, model governance, and ongoing model performance monitoring across a portfolio of models for specific business units or risk types.

What you'll do

• Key responsibilities include developing new models, analytic processes, or systems approaches, creating technical documentation for related activities
• Along with this Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Model Development Executives (MDEs), Model Developers (MDs), Model Owners (MOs), Model Risk Management (MRM)
• Communicate model performance outcomes, monitoring insights, governance concerns, and remediation progress to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
