Senior Partnerships Manager - India

About the role

This role is about creating long-term revenue through strategic partnerships, not just managing existing relationships. You'll identify, recruit, and enable consulting firms, channel partners, resellers, system integrators, and managed service providers who can take Sprinto to new customers and markets.

What you'll do

• Own the partner journey end to end
• Design and execute joint go-to-market strategies, including co-selling, co-marketing, and partner-led growth initiatives
• Partner closely with Sales teams on strategic opportunities and participate in customer conversations alongside partners
• Track partner health through pipeline generation, deal registrations, win rates, deal velocity, and overall revenue contribution
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align on business goals, performance, and growth opportunities
