About the role

We are seeking a detailed‑oriented and experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our fast-growing team.While this role oversees global payroll operations, significant preference will be given to candidates with extensive, hands-on experience in India payroll and statutory compliance. This role is critical to managing end-to-end operations and providing expert support to our employees.

What you'll do

• Audit & Year-End: Manage year‑end filings, reconciliations, and employee support for tax forms (e.g., Form 16 /130)
• Prepare comprehensive payroll data for audits and ensure adherence to internal controls
• Support all internal and external financial audits
• Process Improvement: Ensure timely updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and act as a reliable backup for team members
• Lead initiatives to streamline payroll workflows and enhance efficiency in collaboration with cross-functional partners
