Senior Performance Acquisition Lead - Cash Offer

About the role

You will own paid acquisition as one connected system — channels, budgets, messaging, creatives, landing pages and measurement. The goal is profitable growth in qualified seller leads, not cheaper clicks.

What you'll do

• Personally launch, manage and scale Google and Meta; develop TikTok; evaluate X and ChatGPT Ads where you can make a credible business case
• Allocate budget across channels, markets and audiences based on lead quality and commercial outcomes
• Turn seller insights into offers, creative briefs and landing-page tests together with our creative and development partners
• Build a clear testing and reporting rhythm, and drive solutions independently
