Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns that drive qualified leads, pipeline growth, and revenue.

What you'll do

• Plan, execute, and optimize B2B paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance marketing channels
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities
• Manage and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, Lead Quality, and ROI
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with target buyer personas and business objectives
• Build, manage, and optimize landing pages, lead funnels, and conversion paths to improve lead quality and conversion rates
