Senior Platform Deployment Engineer, Kentik

About the role

We have an opportunity for a Senior Platform Deployment Engineer specializing in Kentik to join our APJ Professional Services team in India, reporting to the Director of Professional Services, APJ. In this pivotal, hands-on role, you will serve as the subject matter expert, ensuring that new Kentik customers achieve the fastest possible time-to-value from their investment.

What you'll do

• Serve as the subject matter expert, ensuring that new Kentik customers achieve the fastest possible time-to-value from their investment
• Be directly responsible for delivering a seamless technical onboarding experience and guide customers to their First Desired Outcome – the initial
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to both customers and partners throughout project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcome and alignment with best practices
• Perform the technical onboarding and deployment experience for new customers
• Collaborate with customers to execute the technical onboarding implementation plan, ensuring a clear path to their First Desired Outcome
